==Walkthrough==
* Trade 18~20 [[Crystal|Crystals]] to a gate guard until your Rank Points are full to unlock this mission.
*Speak to a Gate Guard to accept the mission. They'll instruct you to see [[Medicine Eagle]] {{location|Bastok Mines|H-6}}, he is found at the top of the ramp.

*You must then speak with [[Drake Fang]] located in {{location|Zeruhn Mines|H-6}}, near the boat. You will get a cutscene telling you to go to Altepa Desert.

*Head to {{location|Western Altepa Desert|G-8}}, and seek out a '''???''' on the west side of (G-8) , inbetween three glowing rocks. Buff up and check it. This will spawn two [[NM]]s, [[Western Sphinx]] and [[Eastern Sphinx]].

*Check the '''???''' again to receive the {{KeyItem}}[[Altepa Moonpebble]].
**{{color|red|Note: }} If you zone before receiving the {{KeyItem}}[[Altepa Moonpebble]], you will have to fight both NMs again.

*Speak with [[Tall Mountain]], {{location|Bastok Mines|J-7}} on the bottom level near the restricted area. After the cutscene, the mission will be complete.

==Walkthrough==
*This mission is optional. If you decide to do this mission, give the Guard a crystal.

*Obtain a [[Hare Meat]].

*Accept the mission and then speak to [[Davyad]] (K-6) in [[Bastok Mines]].

*Head to [[Gusgen Mines]] in [[Konschtat Highlands]].
**You will need [[Sneak]] or [[Silent Oil]]s in here unless you are of sufficient level, /check the monsters to make sure they are incredibly easy prey or too weak.

*Once inside the mines, take a right.
**At the next intersection, take a left.
**At the fork, take a right, and then another right at the next intersection.
***You should be at (J-7).

''Take caution of [[Smothered Schmidt]] who spawns in the same area at either 0:00, 1:00, or 2:00 when the siren in the zone sounds.''

*Trade the [[Hare Meat]] to the '''???''' to spawn [[Blind Moby]], a Pugil NM.
**It will drop a Rare/Ex item called [[Glocolite]]. Everyone doing this mission will require one, so defeat the NM as many times as required.
** You must wait 3 minute between pops.

*Trade the [[Glocolite]] to [[Rashid]] (H-10) in [[Bastok Mines]] to finish the mission.
