To reach this you must climb to the top of the mountain, and then slide down the mountain at F-8 into the right (northmost) hole while looking out on the west side. You can use /fillmode to help you find the correct hole to drop down into, which is the more Northern of the two. This is the same hole where the [[Mountain Worm]] can be found. Moving into the slope as you fall will slow your descent, giving you more time to aim so you don't miss the hole. If you don't fall into the correct hole you will need to make the entire trek again, so have a reliable source of sneak and invisible.
