==Translation==
Raikiri is Japanese for "Cutting Thunder" (雷切).　The name comes from an actual katana used by a famous samurai Tachibana Dousetsu(立花道雪). When one day Tachibana was resting in the shade of a tree during a storm, a bolt of lightning almost struck him but he was able to draw his katana and cut through it before it made contact. Like the legend, the NM "[[Dosetsu Tree]]" only appears during thunder storms.
