	The Starlight Celebration is an in-game event held in December of every year. Main cities are decorated with a winter holiday theme, and players are invited to participate in special quests for the duration of the event. Some of the activities include giving presents to children, exchanging gifts with various NPCs and moogles, and even giving chocolates to friendly Goblins wandering around major cities. Special NPCs called Smilebringers appear in Bastok, San d'Oria, and Windurst to spread cheer and commemorate the special occasion.
