The [[:Nomad Moogles|Nomad Moogle]] in [[Ru'Lude Gardens]], on the other hand, will present players with the {{KeyItem}}[[Limit Breaker]] key item once they reach level 75 and offers information about the [[Merit Points|Merit Point]] system.
