Walkthrough
- Talk to Blandine to activate the quest, then enter the docking area and talk to Zexu for a cutscene. They will mention how sad it is that Blandine is still waiting for her husband, though they heard he had an encounter with pirates and is not likely to have lived.
- Exit the docking area and talk to Blandine, who will have a cutscene conversation with Celestina.
- Go up to the Goldsmiths' Guild (Mhaura) (G-9) and talk to Celestina to accept the quest. She will ask you to obtain a Sand Charm.
- This quest will now appear in the Other Areas quest log.
- Sand Charms drop from Crossbones on the Mhaura - Selbina ferry (going either direction) when it's attacked by Pirates.
- Trade Celestina the Sand Charm to get a final cutscene and your reward.
