How to Obtain
Cannot be auctioned, traded, bazaared, or delivered. 
Hardcore
- Obtained as a reward when a player obtains level 75 for the first time whilst playing in Hardcore mode.
- It's worth noting that even once a hardcore player recieves this item, if they lose their hardcore status, they will also lose access to the ring.
