Notes
Appears when Valdeaunia is under control of one of the three nations in Conquest.
- Sells to and buys items from characters who are allied with the controlling nation.
- All items that Standard Merchants normally buy can be traded by any character for regional influence points. Points are awarded to the trader's nation.
- Teleports players who have previously done a Supply Run for the specific region to their nation's Teleport NPC.
