Examine the correct ??? in Mount Zhayolm after examining one of the Gates of Halvung. See How to Obtain.
Notes:
A permanent key item used to open the Gates of Halvung at J-7 / H-8.

How to Obtain

  1. In Mount Zhayolm, examine either Gate of Halvung at J-7 / H-8 until you receive the message describing a large keyhole.
  2. Without zoning, search for the moving ??? at one of the following locations:
  3. Examine the correct ??? to receive the Cast Metal Plate.
  • More than one possible spawn point may be located within the same map grid.
  • If you zone before obtaining the key item, examine one of the Gates of Halvung again before continuing the search.
  • A separate ??? on the round manhole cover at L-8 is used during Puppetmaster Blues and does not grant the Cast Metal Plate.
    • The unrelated target displays the message, "There is a detached part here..."
  • The Cast Metal Plate ??? is repositioned after a player obtains the key item.

How to Use

  • Examine either Gate of Halvung at J-7 / H-8 to open it for 10 seconds.
  • The Cast Metal Plate is not consumed when used and can be reused.
