STEP ONE - GETTING THE WHITE PUPPET TURBAN

After reaching level 40 on Puppetmaster, speak to Raimbert in Stoneserpent Square of Aht Urhgan Whitegate (G-11).

He starts a quest called "A Heart Remembered", a Horizon specific quest to obtain the White Puppet Turban.

Here's the steps required to complete the quest:

1 - Talk to Raimbert G-11 in Aht Urhgan Whitegate while Puppetmaster is your main job

Note: All remaining steps can be completed on any job

2 - Click the ??? F-13 in Wajoam Woodlands for a cutscene, under the brick archway

Note: To get here you need to zone from Mamook Map 1 L-10, grab the Mamool Ja Training Grounds Stagging Point while in the area to make the steps 10 and 12 below easier

3 - Talk to Raimbert G-11 in Aht Urhgan Whitegate again for more dialogue

4 - Wait for the next Vana'diel Day

5 - Talk to Raimbert G-11 in Aht Urhgan Whitegate again for more dialogue

Note: Unsure if you need to zone and return to talk to Lambert after waiting for the clock to roll over

6 - Click the ??? I-6 in Al Zhabi for a cutscene, west part of lower floor area in Flameserpent Square

7 - Talk to Raimbert G-11 in Aht Urhgan Whitegate again for more dialogue

8 - Wait for the next Vana'diel Day

9 - Talk to Raimbert G-11 in Aht Urhgan Whitegate again for more dialogue

10 - Click the ??? H-11 in Mamool Ja Training Grounds Staging Point for a cutscene, next to the runic portal

11 - Talk to Raimbert G-11 in Aht Urhgan Whitegate again for more dialogue

12 - Click the ??? F-13 in Wajoam Woodlands for a cutscene, under the brick archway

13 - Talk to Raimbert G-11 in Aht Urhgan Whitegate again for more dialogue

14 - Click the Weathered Grave K-9 in Wajaom Woodlands for a cutscene

Congratulations on getting your White Puppet Turban!

STEP TWO - GETTING THE SOULSOOTHER HEAD

Now you need talk to Ghatsad in the puppet shop and complete a trade of his requested payment of imperial coins and the White Puppet Turban! This will require the three frame/head combinations available to pick up at Puppetmaster levels 10/20/30 are completed to move through this step.

Current theory is that you need to give Ghatsad 200 points worth of white magic scrolls if you want to speed up the time it takes to get the Soulsoother Head from him.

Consensus is that Banish is worth 1 point, purchasable from spell vendors in any region not in last place for the current conquest tally. Barstonra is also likely worth 1 point, conveniently purchasable in Lower Jeuno at a slightly higher cost than Banish. More testing and data gathering likely required to figure out what all the spell's point values are to cap out Ghatsad's needs.

Make use of the following macro to make your life easier if you are trading in multiple low-level spells to cap out Ghatsad's trade ins while standing facing him:
