Walkthrough
- Talk to Agapito, who is outside the air travel agency in Port Bastok.
- Next you have to ride the San d'Oria-Jeuno Airship under the right conditions, which are nighttime and Full Moon (19:40 - 06:00 and moon ≥ 90%). Either direction will work.
- Do not board in Port Bastok; you cannot receive the item on this route.
- Search the rail of the ship for a ??? and check it to obtain a Carrier Pigeon Letter.
- Return to Agapito with the letter to receive your reward.
