User Macros and Settings
This guide is based off of a guide that was provided during Horizon Rebase Beta. Special thanks to the devs!
FFXI stores your macros and other character specific settings inside a folder in your FFXI install:
(install location) > SquareEnix > FINAL FANTASY XI > USER
Each character you create has a folder here that corresponds with the hexadecimal ID of your character.
To find the same folder from your normal Horizon install, you can find your character ID via addons like mobdb:

The ID shown here is 38621, which can then be converted into hexadecimal (you can ask google or use a tool like this) is 96DD.
We can see this character folder inside the USER folder:

Copy all the contents of the character folder. This includes everything you would find in your in-game ‘Macros’ and ‘Config’ Menus.
Then paste all of the files into another character's USER folder.
This should bring over all of the character's specific config and macros to the other character!
