Enhances "Killer Effects" effect
- Increases all Killer Effects by 1%
- Will give Killer Effects even without the Job Traits
- Due to it giving all Killer Effects it also gives a 1% chance of intimidating players
- Someone casting or acting on you can trigger the effect causing it to fail.
