Statistics
- Appears to apply TH-1 (minus) -1 TH with Tinfoil hat

Horizon Changes 
- This is a custom Horizon XI item. Enchantment: "Teleport" (Burning Circle) provides to the following teleportation upon use:
- Bastok / Gustaberg -> Waughroon Shrine
- San d'Oria / Ronfaure -> Horlais Peak
- Windurst / Sarutabaruta -> Balga's Dais
- Beaucedine Glacier / Xarcabard -> Qu'Bia Arena
*please note that in order to be teleported in a BCNM arena, the character you are using needs to have been there at least once.*

The cooldown is currently incorrect and has been stated so by Aerec that it will be changing to 72 hours. We are currently waiting on a patch to fix this. The wiki will reflect this when it happens, but until then the above cooldown is active in game.
