| My Sandy Reputation is lv9, I've gone back and forth between the Diary and the NPC multiple times. The quest: A Taste for Meat is completed but maybe this is conflicting with the other quest?

| Alright It seems Medicine Woman was necessary. Once completed, Read Diary p4 once more then talked to Antreneau (twice) and got cutscene to activate Over the Hills. Thanks!
