How to Obtain

In order to obtain the Tarutaru Shorts +1 you must first obtain the Tarutaru Shorts through participation in Sunbreeze Festival 2023.
Once you've gotten the NQ version of the top participate in the races by betting at the Racing Moogle with the top equipped and when your choice of racer wins you will be awarded with the +1 version of the shorts as well as double the gil you originally bet.
