One of the two Doll mobs in the area may respawn as a Tundra Tiger: This tiger is not a placeholder. The Goblins in the area are aggressive to characters as high as level 60. The placeholder, however, can be targeted through the wall of the tower, and Chi Blast can be used through it to pull him. He does not link with the Goblin's Tiger in the area. If you have aggro outside the tower, don't despair. The goblins have a fairly low attack speed, and it is possible to zone into Pso'Xja inside the tower without killing them.
