- Get yourself some sweets such as Cookies and trade it to the special NPX Trick Bones, Trick Shade Trick Spirit or Trick Phantom and you might receive one of the below rewards.
- I traded 1 Cinna Cookies to a Trick Phantom in Windurst Waters and received a Pumpkin Head II
- Traded a Cinna-Cookie to a Trick Spirit and received a Pitchfork
- Received a Horror Head while wearing the Pumpkin Head II and trading cookies to Evil Spirit wearing the event equipment does not seems to be a requirement
