Monster Correlation is a Blue Mage Group 1 merit category.
It increases the effect of monster-family correlation on Blue Magic.

Monster Correlation
Blue Magic spells are associated with monster families. When a spell's monster family has favorable correlation against the target's monster family, the spell may receive a positive effect. When the correlation is unfavorable, the spell may be penalized.
