Abquhbah is Naja Salaheem's assistant at Salaheem's Sentinels. He handles day-to-day mercenary affairs, reports the player's approximate progress toward the next promotion, and administers several higher-rank promotion quests.

• When no quest-specific interaction takes priority, Abquhbah provides an approximate assessment of the player's progress toward the next Mercenary Rank promotion.
• Current LandSandBoat permits Promotion: Second Lieutenant to begin by speaking with Abquhbah or by entering the corresponding trigger area inside the office. Historical references commonly identify Naja Salaheem as the retail quest starter.
• Promotion: First Lieutenant begins through an office trigger area rather than a direct NPC interaction. Abquhbah handles the subsequent payment, training exercises, and graduation.

Internal Promotion Value	General Assessment
0-7	Very little progress has been made toward the next promotion.
8-11	Early progress has been made.
12-18	Substantial progress has been made.
19 or higher	The player is approaching promotion eligibility.

These are dialogue ranges rather than the promotion requirement itself. Current LandSandBoat promotion quests generally require an internal promotion value of at least 25 in addition to completion of the preceding promotion.
