Mystic Ice
Description:
This magical ice is said to harbor the power to call forth powerful winds.
Obtained:
Gained from touching one of the three Eternal Ice spots in Uleguerand Range.
Notes:
Checking a Fissure underground while standing on it and choosing to "use the mystic ice" will blast you up to the surface with the next cold air geyser. Helpful if you fall down one of the many holes in Uleguerand Range, or to get to the surface quicker if you use an underground Home Point.
