Category:Scrapper

This category is used to tag all the pages that we have added in our Scrapper Project mass upload. With the assistance of a wiki bot called "AutoWikiBrowser (AWB)", we are importing large amount of pages from retail Wiki and automating a significant amount of changes, to reflect the templates, table styles, page formatting, css classes etc. that we use here on HorizonXI Wiki. Once a page has been imported, it will be tagged under this category, for editors to audit for accuracy, as AWB cannot automate every change required. So this page is also a reference page and below is a list of edits that may need to be made to the imported pages.

Please use the talk page or our scrapper project discord channel if you come across edits that need to be made that aren't listed on this page. Finally, please ensure to remove the [[Category:Scrapper]] tag on pages that you have audited. This can be found at the bottom of the pages. If you cannot complete the audit/are unsure how to make the necessary edits, please leave the category tag in place.

Watchlist

All items here are listed top down, so the first item should be at the top of a page and the last item at the bottom of a page. Please make use of the page preview while auditing, it will help!

Item Statistics Template

If the templates "Weapon" or "Armor" are in use, replace them with the Template:Item Statistics template.

• Ensure you add the parameter | weapon type = OR | armor type = and the correct type eg. if a sword page, | weapon type = Swords
• If the page is a "charged weapon", replace the parameter | use delay = with | charge delay = , if necessary.

Used In Template

In the Used In template:

• Divide the listed maximum daily guild points by 3. SE tripled these values for everything in 2017.
• Hide <!-- --> any out of era content listed in this template. It will likely be listed under the | other = parameter, but could be in others too.

Other Templates

• Add the Synthesis Recipes template if not already being used.

Tables

Ensure to add the correct out of era classes to OOE merchant table entries eg. a ToAU vendor. Update the following sections tables formatting:

Final Checks

• Ensure that the {{Crafted Only}} template is on a page if it's only obtainable in the current era via crafting.

Removing Sections

• Remove any sections that aren't needed. For example, if an item has the following section, remove it, and any other like it:

• Hide anything else that you feel isn't necessary and isn't already hidden behind a <div class="">
• Finally remove the [[:Category:Scrapper]] tag.

Out of Era Pages

The mass importing of pages is going to result in some out of era pages being imported. Any pages that belong to the Treasures of Aht Urhgan expansion can remain on the Horizon Wiki. Any pages that belong to the Wings of the Goddess expansion and beyond, please delete the pages content and add the deletion tag of {{Delete}} . The Wiki admins will then delete these pages from the Wiki.

The Treasures of Aht Urhgan pages do however need to be hidden until the expansion releases. We do this by adding the following code to the page:

Please ensure that you use the correct classes. Some items although part of the ToAU expansion, won't be necessarily be released at the same time. For example the Antivenom Earring can only be obtained via assault, so I would use the classes <div class="assaultlive"> and classes <div class="assault"> for this item.
