Horizon Era+ Mobs

• Arid Lizard - mob added
• Dust Bat - mob added

Era+ Drop Rate Changes

• Subjob items have been inreased. Value unknown.
• Coffer keys have been increased. Value unknown.
• Ridill was put into a pool with the gil finder hands and ridill is a flat 5% unaffected by TH (which is higher than what it is on ASB, it's 1% on ASB).
• LB1 items have been increased. Value unknown.
• Kirin was changed to always drop an abjuration. He can also drop nothing on Horizon.
• We added new items to BCNMs 40 eg. Sheperds gear, enlight
• All KSNM99s were given the ability to drop the speed belt
