Convert Recast Effects
- Each level of this enhancement decreases the recast timer on your Convert ability by 12 seconds, for a maximum deduction of 60 seconds off the normal timer at level 5
- Recast with full merits = 12 minutes.
- This contributes to your MP efficiency by allowing you to convert more often or increasing the probability of it being available when you need it.
Horizon Changes
- Convert has had its recast increased from 10 to 13 minutes.
- The group 1 merit Convert Recast Reduction now only reduces the recast by 12 seconds, down from 20.
