Walkthrough
- Speak with Tehf Kimasnahya on Balrahn Way at F-8 to begin the quest.
- Speak with Ekhu Pesshyadha at H-6 for a cutscene.
- Speaking with Ekhu Pesshyadha again at this point provides additional dialogue, but is not required to advance the quest.
- Speak with Zabahf at F-8.
- Return to Ekhu Pesshyadha to receive the
Vial of Luminous Water. - Return to Tehf Kimasnahya and agree to give her the vial.
- Walk through the archway on the ground floor at J-10, next to Hajaom, to trigger a cutscene.
- Return to Tehf Kimasnahya for another cutscene.
- After this cutscene, wait until after the next Japanese midnight (15:00 UTC) and change zones at least once.
- Return to Tehf Kimasnahya to complete the quest and receive a Bibiki Seashell.
