Hybrid Weapon Skills

Hybrid Weapon Skills are a unique era+ change for the Horizon server. Many era magical weapon skills have been changed to hybrid, with the main benefit being that these can now stack with Sneak Attack. They are impacted by both physical and magical attack boosts.
