"Moogle-powered assistance from your Mog House. Increases the number of individual conquest points received for Bastokan adventurers only."

Notes:
This gives a Bastokan citizen Conquest Points at a rate of 16% of their xp instead of the usual 10%. This does not stack with the 15% bonus from enemy control and is unaffected by how powerful the moghancement aura is. See Moghancements for more information.
