Walkthrough
- Talk to Ronan to activate the quest.
- (optional) Talk to Mine Konte Port Bastok (D-7) and then with Panana.
- Trade 3 Shell Bugs to Ronan.
- Give him his "time" by zoning out of Port Bastok and back in. Talk to him again for your reward.
