Emergency Maintenance Fixes

Issues with HENMs have been fixed. (Frank, Aerec, balance, and all of our sanity we had left)
An issue was fixed with King Behemoth not properly using his TP skills. (Frank, Aerec)
An issue was fixed with the secret new quest. (Aerec)
Multiple Target Damage Reduction now does not apply for mobs or player blue magic. (Tiberon)
An issue was fixed where players could target members of the alliance with party-only spells. (Tracent)
Mug will now display the correct messaging. (Tiberon)
Netherblast from[Diabolos Pet will now function correctly. (Tiberon)
The base sell price for Remedy has been adjusted. (Aerec)
Weaponskills will now actually unlock at level 5. (Aerec)
Song Duration modifier has been fixed. (Aerec, Frank told him how to fix it properly)
Wyvern Healing Breathes will now work when players are solo. (Wintersolstice)
