Ratihb is the owner of the Shararat Teahouse in Aht Urhgan Whitegate. He is the client for the Corsair job-unlock quest and several quests involving the Seagull Phratrie.

Notes

• Ratihb is involved in several quests. If an unrelated cutscene plays, speak with him again after completing or advancing that interaction.
• Against All Odds begins by entering a trigger area near the Shararat Teahouse rather than by directly speaking with Ratihb.
• After completing Luck of the Draw, speaking with Ratihb once more plays a one-time follow-up cutscene required before Equipped for All Occasions can be completed.

Interaction	Details
Luck of the Draw	Begins the Corsair job-unlock quest. Ratihb asks the adventurer to check on his son Wasuhd, who has gone searching for his older brother. Completing the quest unlocks Corsair and awards a Corsair Die. After completing the quest, speaking with Ratihb once more plays a one-time follow-up cutscene needed for Equipped for All Occasions.
The Die Is Cast	Begins the quest and completes it when the adventurer returns with the Bag of Gold Pieces, awarding a Random Ring.
Equipped for All Occasions	Serves as the final quest interaction after the adventurer returns from Arrapago Reef. The quest itself begins at the ship in Arrapago Reef rather than with Ratihb. The post-Luck of the Draw Ratihb cutscene must have been viewed. Ratihb completes the quest and awards a Trump Gun.
Against All Odds	Acts as the quest client and appears in the opening sequence. The opening cutscene and initial Life Float are triggered by entering the designated area near the Shararat Teahouse; directly speaking with Ratihb is not required. If the Life Float is lost, Ratihb can provide a replacement after the applicable Japanese-midnight wait.
Three Men and a Closet	Provides a required cutscene during the investigation into Foudeel, Wahboud, and Bashraf.
The Prankster	Appears during one of the quest's Aht Urhgan Whitegate cutscenes.
