Description:
A writ of summons with the emblem of a white star on it. The cursive writing on it twinkles like starlight. It reads: "Your presence is requested immediately at the Vestal Chambers of Heavens Tower."

Gate guard will issue you a Star Crested Summons letter to take to Heavens Tower when accepting A New Journey or The Shadow Awaits.
