Make sure to get rid of the sheep on the first and second levels of Zegham Hill in N. Gustaberg before 20:00 on the ingame clock hits. The sheep are placeholders, and when those are killed off, the Black Wolves that drop the Dog Collar spawn. The timing is very tight, so try to get it to where the wolves spawn as close to 20:00, but AFTER 20:00 as possible
