I suggest if fishing for Lu Shang's in the bottom section, bridge from 11 - 13 on Yellow Globe in Lower Jeuno using Sabiki Rig and Halcyon Rod. With full Angler's gear, You can get a 100% catch rate on Tricolored Carp, rather than many lack of skill messages.
