Lance does not appear to be for sale at the listed merchant "Tavourine" in northern San d'Oria. Can anyone else confirm?
Yeah that NPC does not always sell the Lance, this needs editing. It's only if Sandy is 1st place in conquest and you have to be a Sandy citizen to buy it
