Charmed an Oil Spill and killed Minotaur with it earlier today. Therefore, I'm deleting the following line: "The devs in their superior minds thought it special to make Oil spills uncharmable so that strat no longer works". Also wandered around in Phomiuna afterward and found an Oil Spill (ID: 075) that was unresponsive to Charm (attempts to Charm did nothing - unsuccessful, caused no aggro, no bind, no reaction, no log message).
