Level obtained appears to be incorrect. I'm currently 34 and have it. Unsure when it was obtained though.
I've added a verification tag to the page and changed it to " 30? " until someone can verfiy. Thanks for the spot.
Just hit 30 DRG, can confirm you get it at 30.
