How to Obtain
In order to obtain the Tarutaru Trunks +1 you must first obtain the Tarutaru Trunks through participation in Sunbreeze Festival 2023.
Once you've gotten the NQ version of the top participate in the races by betting at the Racing Moogle with the trunks equipped and when your choice of racer wins you will be awarded with the +1 version of the top as well as double the gil you originally bet.
Cannot be auctioned, traded, or bazaared, but can be delivered to a character on the same account.
