Template:Zone Map

This is the template code for the Zone Map & Notes & Coordinates

This template is used for drawing the map on the page and passing the user notes to it for display. For this reason, there are two sets of parameters to be concerned with. A complete set of parameters will look like this:

The first line contains the name of this template and takes several parameters:

• map= is for the name of the map to be used for display. If a valid map is not given, no map will be displayed!
• zone= allows the user to select the default pop-up text which will show when the mouse is over the map.
• size= (optional) this is the size of the map in pixels, any positive number up to 1002, default is 501 if not defined
• notes= is to be left empty, that is the handler for the template code on the following lines.

The second through fifth lines are the notes to be included, there may be one or more of these added as needed

Fields:

1 The X co-ordinate - how far across the map to display the icon, expressed as a percentage of the width of the map.

2 The Y co-ordinate - how far down the map to display the icon, expressed as a percentage of the height of the map.

3 The name of the icon to use, see below (default: Blip).

4 The text to display when hovering over the note (optional).

The sixth line is "coords=" and should be left as it is, while the seventh through tenth lines are the gridsquares to be highlighted, there may be one or more of these added as needed

Fields:

mapsize The size in pixels of the map displayed.

coord The gridsquare on the map you want highlighted.
