Weapon Base Damage

Weapon Base Damage is the number listed on a weapon. Higher base damage weapons have slight bonus on fSTR/fSTR2 due to higher Weapon Rank.
Weapon damage also affects the lower cap and upper cap of fSTR / fSTR2 variable.
