Walkthrough
- Kill Hill Lizards or Ridge Lizards in Meriphataud Mountains until they drop a Twinstone Earring.
- Bring it back to Gioh Ajihri at Windurst Woods (K-5) for a reward. (If you have the earring already in inventory, you must zone before the earring will be accepted.)
