Walkthrough
- Speak with Faursel inside Neptune's Spire in Lower Jeuno at J-8.
- Select the hidden third option during the first cutscene.
- Speak with Faursel again and choose either the hidden third option or the first option.
- During the temporary launch restriction, your Imperial Standing earned through the Imperial Relief Effort determines your Boarding Permit requirement and temporary launch benefits.
- Follow the appropriate tier in the table below:
- At higher tiers, the Boarding Permit may be obtained instantly.
- At lower tiers, Faursel requires new ToAU-release access items.
- Obtain the requested item(s), if any, and complete Faursel's remaining dialogue to receive the Boarding Permit.
HorizonXI Launch Access
During the ToAU launch restriction, the amount of Imperial Standing earned through the Imperial Relief Effort determines how quickly a player can obtain the Boarding Permit and which temporary travel benefits are available.
The access items required by lower tiers are new ToAU-release items. They cannot be obtained before ToAU goes live.

After Obtaining the Boarding Permit
Once you have the Boarding Permit, you may travel to Aht Urhgan Whitegate by taking the mercenary transport from Mhaura.
Players who reached the 10,000 Imperial Standing launch tier may receive an instant teleport option during the temporary launch restriction.
After arriving in Aht Urhgan Whitegate, players should begin unlocking the Runic Portals at each Staging Point for future travel.
