Coming Soon™... This page describes planned Treasures of Aht Urhgan content for HorizonXI.

Verification Needed

Mercenary Rank, also known as Assault Rank, is the rank system used by Salaheem's Sentinels in Treasures of Aht Urhgan content.

Increasing Mercenary Rank unlocks additional Imperial Standing rewards from Imperial Gate Guards and affects Sanction duration.

Players begin as Private Second Class after joining Salaheem's Sentinels. On HorizonXI, the current ToAU mission table lists the PSC Wildcat Badge as a reward from Immortal Sentries, while President Salaheem grants Assault access. Verification Needed

Rank-Up Points

Verification Needed

Mercenary Rank promotions are earned by completing Assault missions and accumulating rank-up points.

Expected rank-up point behavior:

  • First successful completion of a specific Assault mission: 5 rank-up points.
  • Repeat successful completion of a previously completed Assault mission: 1 rank-up point.
  • Failed Assault mission: 0 rank-up points.
  • Rank-up points cap at 25 until the next promotion quest is completed.
  • Any excess points earned after reaching the cap are lost until the player promotes.
  • Abquhbah can provide a rough progress assessment through the Mercenary Assessments dialogue.

Promotion NPCs

NPC Location Purpose
Naja Salaheem I-10 Begins most promotion quests and manages Salaheem's Sentinels.
Abquhbah I-10 Provides Mercenary Assessments and begins certain promotion quests.
