Experience points are a numerical representation of the progress made towards a characters job level.
Experience points are most typically earned through fighting mobs, though some quests and items can reward you with experience points. There has not yet been a comprehensive list of which alternative methods exist to gain experience points in Horizon. Any mob that is considered "Easy Prey" or above will reward you with experience points. Horizon uses the experience point requirements and rewards from the Wings of the Goddess era.
