Notes:
- Lottery Spawn every 1-3 hours from the Brass Quadav in the path leading to the two Ooze at G-7
- Drops either the Plantbane or Power Crossbow. The Power Crossbow has a much greater chance of droping.
- Around 1100HP
- Will use Blood Weapon
