Poisonous Crabs have a poison aura (~100 HP/tick) Overlord Artho will spawn a Lord's Bruiser and a Lord's Wizard every 20% HP. Strategy Have stuns ready for -GAs by Artho. Have a group move the Poisonous Crabs away from the main tank holding Overlord Artho. Try not to have all 3+ crab adds up at the same time. Watch Artho's HP% to be aware when the Wizard and Bruiser will spawn. Highly recommended to take out the Wizard first when both Wizard and Bruiser spawn, and have stuns ready on it. Poisonous crabs aren't limited. Artho will continue spawning these even if there is 1+ already out. Artho is susceptible to elemental debuffs and poison DoTs.
