| Due to an error, the first set of Redeyes that were sent to players came with 0 charges, making them unusable. Despite this, it was possible to charge the glasses by placing them in the [[Item Depository]] and then subsequently removing them, though this would reset the 24 hour timer.

| The day after the first set of Redeyes were sent, players that received the glasses were sent a message through the PlayOnline Viewer that notified them that there was an error with the first set of Redeyes, and that a new set of Redeyes would be sent.
