Tehf Kimasnahya was a HorizonXI custom emissary stationed in Bastok Markets during the Imperial Relief Effort.

These are uneasy times... the fighting across the seas back in our home has stretched our supply lines thin. Even the caravans that still make the journey arrive half-empty. Precious metals and gems are claimed for weapons and armor. Little remains for craftsmen outside official hands.
