Usage
Use {{changes}} to indicate a horizonxi change. Template uses an optional argument to display a tooltip to describe the change.
The icon is unclickable per default. There is an optional parameter "link" to make it clickable and direct to a given wikipage, which can be used if having a case at hand where it would make sense.
Examples
Horizon changes without using the optional parameter 
will default to "HorizonXI specific changes"
Horizon changes using "some text" as the optional parameter
