Walkthrough
- Talk to Mertaire inside the Merry Minstrel's Meadhouse, and he'll ask you to get rid of a bracelet for him. Agree to help him and you'll receive
Mertaire's Bracelet.
- Head to Ranguemont Pass (D-5) and interact with the Waters of Oblivion to spawn Tros.
- Kill Tros and click the Waters of Oblivion again for a cutscene and your Paper Knife.
