Walkthrough

This quest can be offered to only once per day in Vana'Diel time to one player.

• Talk to Zauko in Lower Jeuno (I-6) between 18:03 and 21:00.
• Light all the streetlamps before 01:00 however, you may only start lighting the streetlamps from 21:00.

You will receive a message from Zauko at 21:01, reminding you that you need to light the lamps by 01:00, regardless of your distance from him so long as you are in Lower Jeuno. If you attempt to light the streetlamps before 21:00, you will receive a false alarm with a failure message that you didn't light it in time. (This is a minor bug directly from era.)

• There are 12 streetlamps along the West side of Lower Jeuno (Your right side as you exit from the moghouse). Click on each streetlamp to light them in any order. You will be reminded of how many streetlamps you have left each time you light one.

It takes around 1 to 1.5 game hours to walk to all of the streetlamps and light them so plan accordingly.

• Once you light all the streetlamps, return to Zauko. If you completed lighting all the lamps before 01:00, you can still receive credit by speaking with Zauko afterwards. (Most likely until 18:03 the next day but is not confirmed.)

Notes

• Completing this quest a second time will prompt Zauko to offer you a Lamp Lighter's Membership Card, which will allow you to see a message as soon as he starts to recruit someone for lighting the streetlamps for that day when you are in Lower Jeuno.
• If no one accepts Zauko's quest before 01:00 game time, Vhana Ehgaklywha appears to light the streetlamps. You can follow her until she disappears into the Rolanberry Fields.
